Automation and custom software · Marrakech, and remote
Lower overheads, a business you can steer
Part of your day disappears into tasks nobody sees. We find them, automate what costs you most, and build the tool that lets you run your business from one place. Made for your trade, not for the average.
In plain words
Your evenings disappear into invoices, reminders and copy-pasting.
- Repetitive tasks get done on their own, without you.
- You win back hours for your clients and your family.
- You see your whole business at a glance.
What really costs you
The overheads you don’t see
You know your rent and your payroll. Lost time, rarely.
The same details typed twice, into one spreadsheet and then another. A quote sent, then forgotten, because nobody thought to follow up. A WhatsApp message left unanswered on a Friday evening. Last month’s figures rebuilt by hand, three days too late.
Each of these looks small. Added up, they take hours every week, often yours. They cost lost clients, mistakes and fatigue. And they never show up on an invoice.
Cutting overheads isn’t only about cutting spending. It starts with no longer paying, in time and energy, for work a machine does better.
One tool
Your whole trade in one place
Incoming leads, active clients, scheduling, the team, the numbers: in many businesses, all of this lives in five different tools, and in the owner’s head.
We build a single tool around the way you work. You open one screen and see where each file stands, who is doing what, what comes in and what goes out. Your team finds its day there. You find your numbers.
It isn’t off-the-shelf software you put up with, full of useless menus and fields that mean nothing to you. It speaks your trade, your words, your steps. And it grows with you: we add what you need, when you need it.
Real examples
What we have already built
Real tools, in use today, built by our team.
A villa concierge in Marrakech
For marrenza.com, an internal app: each property assigned to its agent, occupancy tracked property by property, profitability read by booking platform, an owner area with expenses, Excel exports. And an automatic alert when WhatsApp sending breaks down, so nobody finds out days later.
A CNED school in Marrakech
For schoolplus-cned.com, the website and an app: families find what they need, and the school keeps control of its organisation.
A heat pump installer in France
For francethermo.fr, an eligibility simulator that qualifies every enquiry. Answers feed the HubSpot CRM on their own, and emails go out without anyone writing them.
A hotel linen shop in Morocco
An order back office, an automatic fraud score for cash on delivery, and audience tracking. Doubtful orders are caught before shipping, not after.
Qualifying simulators
On most of the sites we build, a few questions sort enquiries before they reach the phone. You call back the right people, with their answers in front of you.
Off, on
Same trade, two businesses
One endures its days. The other steers them. The difference is rarely talent. It is organisation.
Vague offer → clear offer
Off: a bit of everything, hard to explain. On: you say what you do, for whom, at its fair value.
Cutting prices → holding prices
Off: you drop your prices to sign. On: you explain what you bring, and you hold.
Everything through the owner → written processes
Off: nothing moves without you. On: every step is written down, the team knows how.
Manual tasks → automations
Off: follow-ups, data entry, reports done by hand. On: the machine handles them, the team does the job.
Unknown costs → tracked costs
Off: you discover the accounts at year end. On: you read your costs every month, and act.
Yes to everything → knowing when to say no
Off: you take everything, even what doesn’t pay. On: you turn down what drains you, and grow without burning out.
How we go about it
Look first, then build
We observe one real week of work. Who does what, with which tools, where information gets lost, where people wait.
We list what repeats. Each task, how often it happens, how long it takes, what it costs when it is forgotten.
We automate what costs most first. Not the most impressive thing: whatever gives you back the most time, the fastest.
We build the tool in stages. A first useful version, tested by your team, then we add to it. Nobody has to relearn everything overnight.
You stay the owner. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. And if an existing product already does the job well, we tell you, and we use it.
Questions
What people ask us.
Custom software or off-the-shelf: which should I choose?
Off-the-shelf is enough when your trade works like everyone else’s. Custom makes sense when you spend your time working around a tool, or stacking several. Often the right answer mixes both: we connect what exists and build only what is missing.
How long until I have a working tool?
A first useful version usually arrives within a few weeks. It covers what costs you most. The rest is built afterwards, in stages, based on how your team actually uses it.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code, the database, the accounts and the access are in your name. You can carry on with us, with someone else, or on your own.
Do I have to change everything in my business?
No. We start from what already works and keep your habits when they are good. We change what wastes the most time first, one thing at a time.
Can the tool connect to WhatsApp, Excel or my accounting?
Yes, that is often the heart of the work. Sending a summary on WhatsApp, exporting to Excel, passing data to your accounting software or your CRM: we connect the tools so information is entered only once.
Does automation really lower overheads?
It cuts the time spent on repeated work, and the mistakes that cost money. What that means for you depends on your trade and your organisation. We measure it before and after, on your own tasks, rather than promise a number.
Let’s look at what eats your time
A WhatsApp message or a thirty-minute call. You describe a week of work, we tell you what can be automated, and what isn’t worth it.
