Stop being the bottleneck
You earn well. But every quote, every problem, every decision goes through you, even the small ones. The day you stop, everything stops. We build the structure that lets you delegate: written processes, a clear org chart, the right people in the right roles.
In plain words
Everything goes through you, and the day you stop, everything stops.
- Your team knows what to do without calling you.
- You take holidays without everything falling apart.
- You get time back for your family and for yourself.
The pattern
When everything goes through you
Your phone rings on holiday. The team waits for your approval on things they know how to do. You redo work because it is quicker than explaining it. That is not a character flaw: it is a business that grew without a structure.
Delegating is not handing out tasks. It is handing over a frame: what needs doing, how, how far someone decides alone, and when they tell you. Without that frame, delegation fails and everything lands back on your desk.
We start by looking at where your time goes. Week after week, whatever comes back to you for no good reason becomes the list of things to write down, hand over or stop.
Writing it down
Written processes, not habits
Whatever isn’t written anywhere only exists in your head. We get it out, simply.
Process mapping
We draw the real path of an enquiry, an order or a job, end to end. You see where it stalls, where it waits, and who decides at each step.
Process improvement
We remove needless steps, double entry and approvals that exist only for comfort. What can be automated is automated; the rest is written in a few clear lines.
Org chart
Who does what, who reports to whom, who covers for whom. An honest org chart also shows the gaps, often where you hold several roles on your own.
Job descriptions
For each role: the purpose, the tasks, the decisions left to the person, the numbers tracked. A good job description helps you hire, onboard and review.
Hiring and delegating
The right people, in the right place
A structure holds when people keep it alive. We help you find them and genuinely hand them the work.
Hiring
We start from the job description to write the ad, screen applications and prepare interviews with you. When a recruitment agency in Morocco makes more sense, we say so and prepare the brief.
Onboarding
The first weeks decide a lot. A written onboarding path, a go-to person, readable processes: new hires become autonomous sooner.
Step-by-step delegation
We hand things over in stages, with clear limits. You keep control of what matters, let go of the rest, and see what works.
Short, regular check-ins
A brief weekly meeting with the same numbers every time. The team knows what is expected, and you no longer need to check everything.
Costs and choices
Track the costs, learn to say no
A business that grows without tracking its costs sometimes works harder to earn less. We set up a simple tracker: payroll, subcontracting, software, fixed costs, and what each type of client actually brings in.
That tracker makes some decisions obvious. A client who takes a lot of time and brings little, a service nobody on the team does well, an area too far away. Saying no is how you keep room for what helps you grow.
What we don’t do: replace your lawyer or your accountant. For employment contracts and Moroccan labour law, we work alongside them. And we don’t promise a number of hours saved: we show you where your time goes, and what changes once the structure holds.
Questions
What people ask us.
How do you build a company org chart?
Start from roles, not names. List what needs doing, group it into roles, then show who reports to whom. One person may hold several roles at first; what matters is seeing it written down.
What should a job description include?
The purpose of the role, the main tasks, the decisions the person makes alone, the skills required and the numbers tracked. Precise enough to guide, short enough to be read.
What is process mapping?
It is a drawing of the real steps in your business: who does what, in what order, with which tools. It reveals bottlenecks, duplicated work and the places where everything depends on one person.
How do I learn to delegate as a business owner?
By handing things over in stages, within a written frame: the expected outcome, the limits of decision, the moment you get told. Start with what takes your time without needing your expertise.
Should I use a recruitment agency in Morocco?
For a rare or highly skilled role, often yes. For most roles, a good job description, a clear ad and well-prepared interviews are enough. We help you choose, and prepare either route.
Does an HR consultant replace an HR manager?
No. We build the structure: org chart, job descriptions, processes, hiring. Day-to-day follow-up stays in-house, and legal matters stay with your lawyer or accountant.
