Sales, CRM and Odoo · Marrakech, Morocco and remote
Every lead tracked, every quote followed up
Many businesses don’t lack enquiries. They lose them. A call nobody returns, a quote sent and forgotten, a follow-up that comes too late. We structure the sales process first, then pick the tool that holds it: Odoo, an off-the-shelf CRM or something built for you.
In plain words
Clients call, you forget to call back, and they go elsewhere.
- No client forgotten, no quote left unanswered.
- Every morning, you know who to call back, and when.
- You win more work from the enquiries you already get.
Before the tool
Sales get structured before the software
A CRM sells nothing on its own. If nobody knows who calls back, when and with what message, the best software becomes one more table no one fills in.
We start on the ground. Who are your good clients? What do they ask on the first call? Which words reassure them, which questions make them hesitate? We write the pitch, the steps of a sale and the timing of each follow-up.
Every enquiry gets a clear status: new, called back, quote sent, followed up, won, lost and why. It sounds basic. It is also what is most often missing. When your sales team needs training on that pitch, we train them on real files.
Odoo or custom
Odoo, or a tool made for you
Odoo is widely used in Morocco, often for good reason. It doesn’t suit everyone. We tell you which option makes sense, with no attachment to any vendor.
When Odoo is enough
You sell standard products or services and want CRM, quotes, invoicing and sometimes stock in one place. Odoo does that well. We set it up with you, shape the sales pipeline around your trade and train the team.
When custom is better
Your sale depends on a calculation, a site visit or a multi-step qualification. Bending standard software then takes more effort than a simple tool built around the way you work.
An off-the-shelf CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive and others are sometimes the right call, especially for a small team that wants to start quickly. We compare on your real needs, not out of habit.
What we don’t do
We are not an accredited Odoo partner. For a heavy ERP project, with complex accounting or several sites, we tell you so and point you to the right people.
Less typing
Quotes, invoices and reminders that go out on their own
Time spent copying data is time not spent with clients. We digitise whatever can be digitised.
Digital quotes
Clean templates filled in from the client record. A quote goes out in a few clicks, and you know when it was opened.
Invoicing in Morocco
Invoicing software that picks up the accepted quote, with the details required in Morocco, including the ICE number. We check the template with your accountant before using it.
WhatsApp follow-ups
With the WhatsApp Business API, a message goes out at the right moment: appointment reminder, pending quote, check-in after a job. Templates are approved by Meta, and only contacts who opted in receive them.
Sales dashboard
Enquiries received, quotes sent, close rate, average delay, where each client came from. One page, readable in a minute, that you actually look at.
A real example
From form to CRM, with no retyping
On francethermo.fr, visitors answer a few questions about their home and their heat pump project. The enquiry lands straight in the HubSpot CRM, answers included. Follow-up emails go out on their own. The sales team calls back already knowing what the project is about.
That is what we aim for in every business: the enquiry is entered once, in the right place, and everything else follows. Nobody retypes, nobody forgets.
Your data stays yours. Accounts are in your name and export is always possible. We don’t promise a number of sales: we set up what lets you see clearly, then adjust with you on the real numbers.
Questions
What people ask us.
Is Odoo a good fit for an SME in Morocco?
Often, yes. It covers CRM, sales, invoicing and stock, and many Moroccan businesses use it. It gets heavy when your sales process falls outside the usual cases. We look at how you sell before deciding.
Which CRM should a small business in Morocco choose?
The one your team will actually use. Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive or a custom tool: the right choice depends on your trade, the size of your team and what you need to connect. We compare with you, on real needs.
Can follow-ups be sent automatically on WhatsApp?
Yes, with the WhatsApp Business API. Messages follow templates approved by Meta and only go to people who agreed to be contacted. Set up well, follow-ups stay useful rather than intrusive.
Which invoicing software should I use in Morocco?
One that picks up your quotes, includes the details required in Morocco, such as the ICE number, and exports cleanly to your accountant. Odoo does it. Others do too. We check the invoice template with your accountant.
Do I need a sales consultant or a CRM?
They go together. A CRM without a pitch or follow-up rules stays empty. A good pitch without a tool falls apart as soon as volume grows. We work on both, in that order.
My team dislikes new tools. What can we do?
We start from what they already do, remove pointless data entry and train them on their own files. A tool that gets adopted is one that saves time from the very first week.
Let’s see where your enquiries get lost
A WhatsApp message or a thirty-minute call. You show us how you sell today, and we tell you what we would change, and which tool makes sense.
