Ready-made business · Morocco
Take over a business that already runs
You have built things before. You know what the first months from scratch cost. We have businesses whose foundations are already laid: website, Google profile, positioning, processes. What they lack is the person who does the work.
In plain words
Starting from zero wears you out already: you know how hard the beginning is.
- You start with a site, a profile and solid foundations.
- You skip the hardest months of starting out.
- You’re not alone: we stay by your side.
What this means
A ready-made business is not an income promise
It is a business where the slowest parts to build already exist.
In some trades, we have already done the groundwork: studied demand, built a site around what people search for, set up the Google Business Profile, defined who it serves and how enquiries are taken and followed up.
What’s missing is someone who knows the trade, or knows how to build the team that will. That’s where you come in.
We don’t sell you a turnover figure. We show you what is in place, what has been measured, and what is still to be proven.
The website
Live, fast, built around the real searches in the trade, with a journey that filters enquiries.
The Google profile
Set up and filled in, so the business shows on the map when someone searches locally.
The positioning
Who it serves, what it does and what it turns down, in the clients’ own words.
The processes
How an enquiry comes in, gets qualified, answered, followed up and seen through.
The measurement
Tracking of visits, enquiries and rankings, so decisions rest on facts.
What’s left
Delivering the work, well, over time. That is your part, and it matters more than everything else.
Two ways in
Take it on alone, or build it with us
Depending on your profile and plans, there are two routes. Neither is better. They suit different people.
Either way, everything is discussed and put in writing before we start: who does what, who decides what, and what happens if one side wants out.
Take it over
You take the business on and run it. We hand over what has been built, walk you through how it all works, and stay reachable.
Partnership
We keep a role: visibility, enquiry follow-up, dashboard, ongoing improvements. You focus on the work and the clients.
Neither
Sometimes the conversation shows you’d be better off building your own. If so, we tell you, and look at where to start together.
What we know, what we don’t
The truth on day one, even when it cools things down
What we know: measured Google demand for the trade and the area, what has been built, how it works, and the data available when you contact us.
What we don’t know: how many clients you will sign, how fast, or how the market will move. A well-ranked site doesn’t replace work done well. A new business takes time, and it will ask a lot of you.
If someone promises you a business that runs without you, be careful. Here, the business runs with you. What we spare you is the fog at the start: working out what to do, in what order, and ending up alone with all of it.
Who this is for
For people who have built before, and want one more
You have launched something already. You know what a first client feels like, a bad week, a team to hold together. You want another business without walking the whole road from the start again.
This isn’t for you if you are after effortless income, or if the trade doesn’t interest you. A business taken on without real interest ends badly, for everyone.
Questions
What people ask us.
What is a turnkey business?
A business whose foundations are already built: website, Google profile, positioning, processes. You aren’t buying income; you are taking on a solid base to get the trade going faster than from nothing.
Is it better to buy a business or start one?
It depends on your experience, your time and the trade. Taking one over skips part of the early work; starting your own gives more freedom. We look at your situation and tell you honestly what makes sense.
Do I need to know the trade?
You need either to do the work yourself, or to know how to build and run the team that will. Without one or the other, we’ll tell you before going further.
Which businesses are available?
It changes with what is in place when you get in touch. We don’t publish a list; we talk it through in a first conversation, based on your profile and what you are after.
Can I take over a business in Morocco from abroad?
Some can be partly run remotely, others need someone on the ground. We are clear about it case by case. Legal and tax questions are checked with a lawyer or accountant.
How is a partnership decided?
Case by case, and in writing: each side’s role, decisions, the split, and how to exit. Nothing starts until it is clear for both sides.
